“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Today's article in the NY Post regarding shorter men and online dating. Goes for real life too for the most part and is why in online dating you should add two inches to your height and there are tips I'll post I'd given to another SS'er you can do to make yourself "taller" in real life as a reply to this thread.

The reason I posted this thread isn't to get shorter dudes to feel down on themselves but to instead provide proof that most if not almost all women are insecure as fawk even when they hide it by coming off like an above the clouds "catch".

Women need a man to be taller, make good money, have good looks for the most part, be a protector, provider and so on because deep down inside they all look to men for security whether they'd care to admit it or not.

Remember chicks are insecure and this article just shows some proof as to one aspect of their insecurites, and that insecure chicks aren't as good as a man who thinks they're easier to "control". Sometimes they're worse in the long run as far as not being able to be trusted, cheating etc.

Chicks "having to date shorter men" when most of them are judging height based off of their highest pair of heels that they use to not only feel good about themselves, make THEMSELVES taller, and compete for attention amoungst other chicks doing the SAME thing when out is one example of chicks insecurity. Article below:

Short men don’t stack up with NYC women

It’s a tall order dating women in the Big Apple.

The likelihood that a man under 5-foot-9 is contacted by a Manhattan or Bronx woman online is a scant 1.2 percent, with Brooklyn coming in with a paltry 2.4 percent response rate, according to a study conducted by the dating site AYI.com, which analyzed 50,000 interactions over two months.

Staten Island short stacks had just a 4.1 chance of being chatted up online, and Queens mini-men rounded out the boroughs with 5.4 percent.

“People in bigger cities have more options and tend to be pickier,” explained Josh Fischer, who led the study.

Brooklynite Nick Rizzo knows the sting of big-otry all too well.

“It’s just a fact of life that most women taller than me aren’t willing to date me,” confessed the 5-foot-7 28-year-old, who said he has found that women are often “uncomfortable” when their date doesn’t measure up.

“Maybe they’re worried about how it will look to other people,” he added.

But there’s hope across the Hudson.

Shorties in Jersey City have a 7.6 percent likelihood of being contacted by the fairer sex — that’s a staggering 533 percent more likely than short men in Manhattan/Bronx.

“Jersey City, as opposed to Manhattan, has a bit more of a community vibe. People actually get to know each other here, and are a bit more laid-back,” said Bethany, a 5-foot, 28-year-old Jersey City woman who doesn’t mind dating a short man.

Still, there are some pitfalls when dating the diminutive, she warned. “Short men don’t always have Napoleon complexes, but definitely steer clear of the ones that do.”

Some short men don’t help their cause.

“I met an [online] date at a bar in Manhattan. He was already seated when I walked in,” recalled a 5-foot-6, 42-year-old Chelsea woman. “We had a nice time chatting over a glass of wine. When I got up to leave, I saw that the man who had said he was 5-6 was actually 5-0.

“I must have had a fairly surprised look on my face. To my horror, he said, ‘I can climb you like a tree.’ I made a hasty exit.”

Experts said size matters — because of evolution.

“Cross-culturally, women show a preference for taller mates,” said Dr. Jill Shapiro, a biological anthropologist at Columbia University. “Most people think it’s related to sexual selection. Taller men are perceived to be healthier, be better providers. By being tall, you are signaling that you have good genes.”

So what’s the matter with Jersey City women? Evolutionarily speaking, a lot, said Shapiro.

“It’s going against the normal pattern for most humans,” she said.

The hilarious part about this article is in red. Chick notices guy isn't "5'6" and makes a hasty exit using a "convenient excuse" to save her own face from him supposedly saying "he could climb her like a tree". Which even if the dude DID say that we know damn well online chicks are completely full of sh1t frauding in not only pictures but lying constantly on the regular in their profiles and wouldn't say jack if the dude was tall and God-like looking in her eyes. That same chick I'm SURE has heard much worse on online dating and has even slept with dudes who've said much worse. The only reason his statement "bothered" her so much was obvious. He wasn't as tall as she'd wanted him to be. If he was and good looking in her eyes she'd most likely be going to his place to "cuddle and watch a movie" after some drinks.

Just another insecure chick who used a cop out based on the dudes height not being up to snuff.

It's about as dopey as dudes only dating women with big t1ts. Forget her looks etc. So long as she has big tits it's all good. Any other dude would think that dude is retarded. ( I mean bigger t1ts means better healthier children etc. if we are to go by the reason women prefer taller men no?)

Same thing with chicks who only want dudes with big d1cks. You'd really have to laugh at those poor lost souls. (If we are to go by height as always being better then all chicks might as well go for dudes with the biggest d1cks and disregard better looking dudes right? Which they don't at all unless the chick is a completely diseased minded slore. And what man in his right mind with a big d1ck would take that kid of chick seriously anyway?)

In closing: The point I'm trying to make is your height only "matters" because most chicks are insecure no matter what they'd like you to believe otherwise or project in person. Make yourself tall as possible with good "height" tricks and remember. The chick is even MORE insecure about your height than you are.

You aren't going to change this whole thing about women preferring taller men. Ofcourse they want you to accept them for putting on a "few" pounds over the years because they had a kid 2 years ago and are still fat, but that's ok. You just better be tall.haha

What about a short man with a British accent and who doesn't care whether or not women in New York want him or not? How would he fair over there?

So how do you make yourself "taller" if short? Say 5'6 barefoot? You can add about three inches or more to your height without going ridiculously overboard.

1) Wear shoes / sneakers with thick but not ridiculously thick soles for say at least an inch in added height.

2) Use inserts in your shoes. Cheap whatever for another 1-2 inches. Dr scholls gel inserts sold at a local supermarket or anything like that etc.

3) Get a hairstyle that gives your hair some (a little) more height. Use shampoo with BODY in it.

4) Use clothes that fit you and give a more verticle than horizontal look to you. If striped clothing use verticle stripes. Use jeans that fit you though not skinny f@g jeans. Not baggy but fitted. Shirts use slim fit, tailored or something that fits your if you aren't in shape. No baggy shirts. Darker colors even bright that may have a darker hue in the color style depending on the kind of shirt. Remember appearing more like this | | than this ( ) makes you look taller even though | | and ( ) are the SAME height.

5) Work out. If you have a nice swimmers build it's better than being "round" appearing "shorter" buy being more "horizontal" looking. And no one is going to complain that you have a nice swimmers build body.

6) Go tanning. Not too overboard but nice color.

7) Pay attention to your accessories you wear with your clothes. If the belt buckle is too big, belt itself too thick, your glasses frames too big, shirt has a big logo, etc. Try to get those things in a bit smaller sizes that fit you as the opticle illusion you want to create is that your accessories don't look like your wearing your big brothers.

8) Stand straight. Not stiff. Practice good posture with your head straight but not rigid. Don't slump your shoulders etc.

Just a few simple tips to make your "taller" when going out. You can make yourself look three inches taller without going out with ridiculous platform shoes and a mohawk.
