met this chick last weekend at a party. seemed real cool, number closed in a few minutes, then left the party a few minutes later. I called her 2 days later and we talked for like 10 mins, and i told her i would get ahold of her sometime soon and we could hang out. She seemed really in to me both at the party and on the phone. I texted her monday to invite her to meet up with me and some of my friends at a resturant to hang out and have a few drinks, for wednesday (today). She said sounds great and she would be there and bring a few of her friends along. I told her that if she played nice i would invite her to the beer pong party at a friend of mines house saturday, (she loves bp), and she replied Oh yeah!!! So, yesterday comes, and i ask how many friends shes bringing along, she said a few and she hoped that she would be getting off work at a decent hour. (works at another resturant as a waitress). So me and my friends went to the resturant tonight (9:45 or so), and we ate and had some drinks, she never showed, i texted her that we left (11:30 or so), and didnt get a reply. Her resturant closes at 10. Think its a shlt test to see how i respond? Her IL was way too high for this flaky behavior. So now I have a double edged sword to deal with. If she gets a hold of me tomorrow and I call her out on it, it could seem like im portraying desperation by looking like i reallllyyy wanted her to be there (and I dont really give a shlt, i have 2 others right now), and if i play it off like i dont care that she didnt show up, i could be looking like Im a wussy and letting her get away with flaky behavior. Any input?

The ball is in her court now since she flaked on you; she should have to make it up to you accordingly. She might have had a legitimate reason for not showing up, but why didn't she *let you know* if she wasn't going to come?
Give her the benefit of the doubt (to an extent), but also call her on her sh!t.

Tell her how much of a grate night you had out with the lads and all the crazy **** you got up to, act as if you didnt even invite her and your just talking about it becusae you had such an amazing night. Don’t bring up the flake let her bring it up.

Nobody has mentioned why you are asking girl (s) out by text, and not phone?
Sure she sounded interested, but you put a lot of pressure on her bringing friends, who may have been busy, or didnt want to go. She;s not likely to turn up on her own, so she flaked.
If she was that interested, she would have been straight on the phone with text or a call after her work shifted, to either apologize, re-arrange or confirm the arrangements. It could be she's embarassed about not having any available mates to take.
I;ve found that girls WILL flake loads more if you ask them out by text, and not on the telephone. Especially if you do not know them very well.
My tip - use the phone. Ifyour not very good on the phone, nows the time to practice. Get good on the phone and you'l leave all the other guys who 'text' behind, and you;l be in the lead, and in her panties faster...

she messaged me today to say she didnt get off work till after 10 and whatever. So i told her that she missed out on a great time, and that she owed me 4 beers for not showing up. I guess we'll see what happens this weekend if she goes to the party. I dont really care if she doesnt show up, I like nexting girls for fun. Im up to about 30 this year. hahahaa.
