Shin splint problems ( leg problems)

i joined track, and after a week i just got shin splint, this **** hurts so bad, doea any one know what i can do to make it less painfull.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

pretty simple really, put ice on it and then for the nxt few nites put a heat pack or deep heat on it. then follow some shin strengthenng exercises. try searching for "preventing shin splints" or something like that in a search engine and you should get some results. if you can't find anything then pm me and i'll send you some exercises i already have.

I just got mine not to long ago. Do what the previous poster said, and lots and lots of calf streching.
