She's trying to hard for phone convos

Okay guys, I'm getting straight to the point. I try to not stay on the phone with a girl that I am interested in for more than fifteen minutes, tops. I tell them that I'm busy or I was just leaving. This one girl seems to be interested in me and I like her, but she has a boyfriend, but that's a different problem I can work out myself. She calls me often. I tell her that I was just leaving or that I'm busy, so she is constantly calling me at like two in the morning when she knows that I'm home or she does a "drive-by" to make sure that I'm really gone when I say I am. I don't know how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
