"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

how do i approach this situation:

- she got dumped by her ex, 5 months ago.

- she says its was a mistake, bad decision and **** like that.

- but apparently she still likes him very much. ( first boyfriend, i assume )

- and because of this, it has lead to her being reluctant to go into another relationship. i am not sure if its because she still likes him, or because she doesnt want to get hurt again.

i am not sure how to go about this..

wait for her interest in him to lower?
and do i be what her ex couldnt be, or be what her ex was? ( im thinking what he was, since that was what attracted her in the first place )

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

dude dont get attached. i was with this girl for nine months. she wasnt over the ex. said she was. i finally dumped her. she took out all his negatives on me. it was a bad situation. said he messed with her head. well less than 3 weeks after i dumped her she went back to him. dont get involved emotionally. if you can tell her what she wants to here so you can hook up that is fine. dont get involved emotionally. do yourself a favor.

She is reluctant to go to another relationship because nobody as good as him stepped up to the plate. She still likes him and he can probably get back into her life if he wishes.

You hit it when the iron is hot. It is irrelevent when but how you do it.

Its not your business when she broke up with him and what she feels about him. You should be hitting her up and other women as well. You are concentrating your effor on ONE GIRL and that is your biggest mistake and your downfall.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

those situations are bs. I had an ex whom after dating for almost 3 years was writing letters on the computer with the "intention of never sending them, just to vent", yeah right there, to 2 ex's of hers. Every one said i miss you bla bla bla, and all my love, and things to that nature. Every time i confronted her, i would get a 'don't worry about those, i was mad, sad, upset, and i just needed to write'. To me, IF you need to write it, do it and erase the thing. Second, if you are with me, then obviously your heart isnt all mine seeing as how you are still trying to communicate with ex's. Women apparently think talking to their ex's is ok and we should be fine with it...well mine anyways. And have i ever gotten a letter like that....of course not.

Always remember, when it comes to anything, you are on the inside looking out and everyone else is outside looking in. They see alot more then you do most of the time so listen to what they have to say.....use discretion though, you do have a mind of your own too.

Fight fire with fire. Treat her like crap, make her do all kinds of things for you. Be the jerk. I'm serious, she'll take to it real well. However once she falls for you, don't fall for her. I've got a couple of girls like her and I know a friend who has a couple as well, basically anytime we need something, they'll come running NO MATTER if they have a b/f or not.

Don't be the chump, be one of the ones who string her along. Remember she's just another plate.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Girls always talk about their ex boyfreinds, tell her to stop talking about him, if she keeps talking about him, leave, it is time to get out of there, I am becomming convinced that the majority of you dudes on this site, veiw the pretty girls as being the PRIZE and not you yourselves, every girl will pick up on this and control you, then she will dump you for a true AlphaMale who acts like he is the PRIZE and won't bow down to them.
