This girl is a co-worker that I've known for about a year. As far as I know she still has a boyfriend but she's been showing moderate to high interest level and has only mentioned him once in the time I knew her.

I don't want to sound like I'm overanalyzing, but what do you think she's pulling on me when she's offering me candy? I don't really eat candy, but she's told me that she loves candy, so I just said, "No thanks, I'm good." She's done this twice already and I've rejected both times. Is there something I'm missing here, or am I just looking too deep into it?

Well she does this just out of the blue.

I already know she's interested, and I really want to do something about it. But I met her before I found this site and learned about the proper ways of acting. So if I do something now, it just seems too strange to have waited this long. For example I want her phone number, but why wait this long before asking?

In order to get her number, you need to have a moment with her first. One of those moments where you share a laugh. If possible try to make a joke about the job since you can both laugh at how fuct the workplace is (all workplaces are dysfunctional in certain respects) Thats when you drop this here:

"I dont know why we dont hang out more often. We should get together sometime away from this place" (reference the joke you made with her earlier.) If done right, she will laugh again. Thats when you peg her for tha digits. If you are extra smooth, you will already have an event planned to invite her to. Sounds like she is already interested, so just push things gently and she will be yours for the taking.

gosh sonick, you are such an amatuer.

Green candies are the signal ones. Green is the horny color, so if she offers you green candies, then she wants you! If she offers green and red candies, then HOLY HELL you are in!

If its a Xmass party however, then all color-codes are disregarded.

Getting a guy to come in and have some of that cheap candy is a good, cheap way to get that drug - ATTENTION.
