"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Well, this girl is one of the hottest chicks in the school, but checking out her myspace, we wouldn't do very well together. I don't know the girl just seems way to optimistic for me, plus as far as music interest goes, we're not into the same thing. I'm into classic rock, and heavy metal, she's into that new age rock, and pop music, which are okay, but not my kind of music. We're also very opposite, she loves spending time with her family, I hate it, she loves the beach, I hardly EVER go to the beach, she's silly, I'm serious. While we do have a few similarities, I don't even think I'm going to give this chick the time of day. Things we do have in common, we both play a sport, we both like working out, we're both clean freaks, we both hate gossips, neither of us like talking a lot, and we're both not really outty people.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

DUDE, your overanalyzing this so much, get out have some fun, who cares if you havent had anything in common, youir just trying to avoid a situation, go out with her and get to know her, and if you dont like her, then dont get with her, but just judging you, you need to get out more and if you want to be avoidant and stupid and make excuses for yourself, its your life not mine or anyone on the internet.

whats the point of this thread anyways

Well, I haven't really talked to her yet, I said "Hi, what's your name?" to her in the hallway and she told me, but other than that we really haven't even talked. Still, I don't see how you can build interest with someone who you don't have much in common with. We do have some things in common, such as the fact that we both play a sport, we're both clean freaks, we both hate gossiping, and apparently(based on her profile), neither one of us can hold a long conversation(Although, that might change soon for me).

oh dont make excuses, with effort i could probably snag a girl who cant speak english, assuming i was on vacation and was having a good day.

you gotta have things in common, and even if you dont its not necessary for conversation. ah im contributing to a pointless thread again, screw this im out of here

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

How do you know she cant hold a long conversation? Youve NEVER talked to her before... Seriously...WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU? Youve acheived ABSOLUTELY NOTHING the whole time youve been here. Youve asked inane, pointless questions? Honestly if you wanna change....DO IT. Stop trying to wait till you know how to do everything. You learn from experience through failure and success. Try working on your intrapersonal skills so you can find out what you need to work on and where you need to go. I remember the post about how your parents are stubborn, dont listen, and always think theyre right. Well guess what??? The apple doesnt fall far from the tree my son.

Hey, hey, that's what she said in her profile, that's simply what I'm basing it off of, I would show you her profile, but I don't want you guys knowing where I go to school. And you're right, I wouldn't ACTUALLY know if she could or not, but I'm just basing it off what she says in her profile. Besides, even if we did have more things in common, I've still got a ways to go before I can approach her again.

You really think you matter enough to anyone on here that it would be detrimental to your well-being if we found out where you went to school?

*cough* stalker *cough*

I think you should stop lookin through her myspace and learn about her by actually interacting with her. Not only will you learn things about her that she wont post for any-old stranger to see, but if you should decide to try her, you'll already have rapport established.

I think you should perfect your inner game before you try to master your outside world. It sounds to me like you've got more than a few inner game issues that need to be sorted out. I know from experience (I live this every day) that it's hard to not worry about girls and stuff, but you really need to improve yourself as a person before you try to get anywhere in the world. You'll never get anywhere without a decent inner game going on.

Good luck to you.

Well yeah, I'm not the most positive person, but I'm working on it. I think the biggest thing that needs improvement, is my overall game.

And actually, I could post her profile here without any trouble since she doesn't actually state the city that we live in and our school has a common high school name, so yeah.

Myspace profiles mean nothing. I don't even put stuff about me in mine. Does that mean I don't exist? Does that mean I have on personality, that theres nothing to me? No. Talk to the broad. In person. Stop worrying about her damn myspace.

Hey, different people find different girls to be more attractive. What I might think is an HB8, might be an HB3 to you. You could probably give me a pick of what you think is an HB8 and I'd get give you the same response.

And why do you think ou can get her? Good luck figuring youll have plenty of compitition.
Well, I don't think that I can would be able to get her now, but when I become more experienced in the game, my chances of getting her should be better, because I'll know more stuff. Also, I have something that I THINK the other guys who approach her don't, this site. The thing with a lot of other guys is, is that they seem to praise her as a god or something. Seriously, I was talking to this one dude, and I mentioned that I wanted to go with the girl, he replied to that with, "Dude, if you get her, you're a god".

Then what's the point of this thread saying that you're not even going to try to get her? It's not that you're not going to try because you don't have enough in common. You're not going to try because you think you can't get her.

Have you learned a single thing from this forum at all?

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
