She wont give me my CD and OUR pic

Ok, its like the 4th time ive asked her.
She goes with the
"I thought it was a present" and then happily changes the subject. I have this special respect to this chick.
I asked her again, once I allready had asked her. And she did the same!
Its MY cd.
Its a pic where we both appear.

This sounds to me as if she ****ed my cd, and for some reason doesnt want to give me our pic.

How should I ask her for it?

Give us a little bit of context, what is the CD, when did you give it to her, what is her relation to, for how long have you known her, where is this, etc. etc. etc.

I dont like running around telling everybody about MJ, but anyway, it was a MJ cd that had only... moving songs, not slow songs. This is at the gym. She asked me for it about 2/half months ago, and Ive lately seen her these 3 weeks one day each week. The pic was taken about 6 months ago. She was the one who asked me to take the picture etc (she had the IL, well, me too, she is some hot ***** haha). Well, then I made some mild unproper comments. These comments were made about 5 months ago, I allready knew she would abcent herself for some time,, Mild unproper comments. That is why I kind of hold certain respect for her. But anyways, I wouldnt kung-fu her ass even if I didnt have that "certain respect" anywas, so...
How do I properly ask her for my cd and the pic? I want them both, and I want to keep her around, worst stage scenario, just as social proof.

Get her face to face

Then say you gotta go, give her a hug, then turn around and walk away

Then do a 180 while walking backwards and say..

"Hey, I just realized I left my MJ cd at your house! I need it back, so I'll drop by sometime to pick it up. Burn it or something if you want a copy "

Then, 180 again and keep walking

As for the pic, it's gone, most likely.
