"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

First post on here, follower for some time. Dated a HB9.5 for a few months last year and then stopped seeing each other when she took a job out of town. She text me today after 9 months of not talking (except some casual run ins) and wants to see me and "catch up." Followed anti-dump's machine with this chica. Do I start from scratch with her?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

What's changed here? Is she BACK in town???

Regardless, unless "hanging out" is a euphemism for her wanting you to eventually start "hitting it" again---be very careful and mindful of the amount of time you spend with her.

If nothing particularly bad happened in the relationship (other than she obviously had more interest in the out-of-town job than she had in staying with you at that time), then it could be an interesting experiment to spend SOME time with her just to see where her head is at.

Whatever you do: DON'T come across as you're so happy to see her that you're willing to drop everything just because she's resurfaced. Communicate in subtle and if need be, in NOT so subtle ways that your life has gone on just fine since she left.

Make SURE you leave her with the impression that there is a SQUAD of hot women competing for your time. Give her the impression that there's a line forming of women who want to be with you---and that she's at the BACK of it. Not in a snarky, conceited, or fake-assed "alpha" sort of a way---but just in a way that shows her that you're really just a busy guy with a lot of other interests and options.

That way, you have more of a chance of her showing MORE respect for you than she would if she thought she could just "show back up" and pick you up EXACTLY where she left you.

Usually, the hotter the woman---the more she'll appreciate THINKING that the man wants is at least a little hard for the average woman to get. Thus motivating her to ALSO have to demonstrate an above-average consistent, show of interest to lock you down into a relationship with her.

Soldier on.

She took a job closer to where I live. She took the job and was a mutual understanding that long distance doesn't work. Thanks for advice, I'll keep an update when I do decide to hang out with her.
