Oh Damn, you guys were right!

She just called and told me that her mother had a panic attack and that she would have to stay in the hospital with her. She cancelled on me.

She counter offered to do something on Sunday or Monday. She also offered to go next week.

I said I would call her. I need to NEXT her. Right?

Damn this is a hell of a slump.

The good news is that I have plan 'b'. I made a date right after she called with another girl for Sat night.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
