"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I'm going to make a long story short. My gf drinks every night and it really bothers me. I'm all for consuming alcohol but she does it for all the wrong reasons: stress management, to pass the time, etc. She will never admit to being buzzed or tipsy or close to drunk and she gets very defensive about it when I question her consumption. I'm 100% sure being confrontational or even concerned about it will not be worth it, they say that a person who has alcohol dependence(no matter how mild)will have to come to the conclusion on her own and I doubt that she ever will.. So what would you guys do? Her insecurities come out full force and she projects them onto me after she's been drinking, which really pisses me off, but I stay cool and say **** like "If it helps you sleep", etc. I know she isn't happy at her job but she never takes the time to try and change that.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

If you aren't happy with her then you need to move on. It's that simple really.... Don't hold onto someone who is holding you down. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't.

Drink with her and then make it a problem that both of you have - then you can work on it "together"

For some people, the problem with drinking is that it's the only time they say what is really on their mind. If she's constantly denying issues while she's sober, and then they come out when drunk, it's the issues that are the real problem, not the alcohol.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

That feel when you realize that thatfeel has been whining about the same old ass chick that he should've dumped ages ago. Dude..stop it. This or any other problem you bring up can't or isn't worth fixing. Leave and find a sane chick that wasn't born four decades ago.

My last LTR was the same way. It just got worse as time went on and became really noticeable. I mentioned it to her and of course they all give you the same 5hit... "I'm not an alcoholic, I can quit drinking anytime! I just do it (insert excuse here)" If it's bothering you, then you should look for a gf who isn't an alcoholic. There's lots out there to choose from.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

More than 20 drinks a week is alcoholism. Alcoholism ruins relationships, families and employment. Do you want to get involved in their downward spiral?

She is the chick in Fight Club where the Brad Pitt flushes 20 condoms down the toilet.

I have fvcked women by simply offering them alcohol. Some were in a relationship, but they were the ons that insisted on more drinking. I obliged because it only works in my favor. It's only a matter of time when your GF will come across a guy like me that takes advantage of the situation. Don't hate, at the end of the day, we're all trying to gt our d!cks wet.

Get. Out. Now.

Women with dependencies (like you chick) 4 drinks a night is dependency. Think of your previous relationships. family members, anyone - they round up to alcoholics or alcohol abusers. They are those that get off on guilty pleasures. I have fvcked taken women like this. They are all the same, almost as if alcoholim demands you act that way. It's sad. but they can be easily influenced to take advantage of. If she hasn't cheated on you yet, she will. After all, the alcohol influenced her :)
