Below my chin and on my throat are little red dots. It looks like acne, but it's not that. It appears strongly after I'm shaving. One of my friends says it may because I shave to close to the skin. I was just wondering if anyone knew what it was and how to get rid of it. I would really appreciate any input. Thanks.

I always had shaving spots with a razor, so I just use an electric shaver and no have more problems.

I second that. But if you're going to get an electric, buy a GOOD one. Something at least over $50. Then stick to it for at least a couple of weeks before you think it's not close enough, because it gets better.
