"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok so I moved to a new residence and coincidentally a week after a new receptionists begun to work there.

Already had some chats with her, she asked me many question about myself and seemed pretty open to conversation, she was seemed kinda turned on from the fact that I do motorbike shows at local level (nothing that makes you a celebrity but still gives you extra point with women, Im just a midcarder).

Now I see this girl quite often since she works half of the week and is right near the entrance, untill now I just kept the chats brief not because Im shy or I dont want to speak more but because I got great result in past with an other sexy receptionists, while all the guys were all over her I kept the distance for weeks till she made an effort.

This girl is really hot probably 22-24, 6 feets tall (Im 5'11) long dark silky hair and water green eyes, I even told her that she should check out a night club where I usually go and she said she would but then didnt insist much or finalized for that reason I just mentioned.

Now since she is a target a little bit above my normal range I may need some opinion and feedbacks from you guys, in particular regarding the general attitude to keep but also about that club I mentioned where I'm well known for picking up girls and something getting *******s in the janitor room.

I'm concerned that some of the waitress could create problems to me,especially cause this girl doesnt look like those b1tches from the club which get turned on from such things, I found that good girls usually dont like guys who fvck around too much.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

First of all I have one shot only and considering the situation I cant really tell if she is open to me cause she likes me or because its her job, either case there would be conseguences in our place considering also that girls talk.

Second I will ask her out but first I believe some build up where I dont go after her from the beginning (like most of the guys) would help to make me being seen as different and more like a challenge, I noticed that girls tend to appreciate a guy more when he doesnt come easy and when he ask them out only after dealing with them enough time (they believe their beauty wasnt enough and he appreciate their personality, they gained his attention with something personal beside look).

I would agree with staying a bit aloof for now...wait until you can get some more signals out of her, you have no need to rush since you see her quite often.

Maybe even have her see you bringing another girl around, but make it seem like she *could* just be a friend ;)

After a bit, something like "hey did you ever check out that club? No? Shame on you! I'll let you know when I'm next going"

But if you really think the waitresses will be a problem I guess you gotta bait and switch (take her elsewhere).

Yeah Im still not sure which one would be the best plan of action after few weeks of slowly chatting and getting closer, Im usually a very bold invididual when it comes of approaching girls but in this case it may help to play a little bit safer.

Not sure if that would work more to simply suggest a date for a following day or after a day of good feedbacks asking to go for a drink after she finish her work (would be at 10.30 on weekends), the problem in this case is that she may have other plans being it weekend.

An other factor worth to be considered are her "friends" which could pop out if we go to the club.

If she was a girl that Im not suppose to meet almost everyday I would just proceed with my straight and clear approach but here many factors have to be evaluated.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
