It's a PITA. THe best so far are the memory foam matresses with the firm foam.

Too much movement... if it slips out it'll take a try or two to get back in with all the 'waves.' Personally I can't go over 45 mins on one of those without getting dizzy... man overboard.

Ironically enough I have a sleep number bed with a 1.5" thick memory foam topper. Sex on it is enough to shake the bed and bounce it against the walls but it beats the hell out of squeaky springs... it's more of a dull thud instead of a "squeakehhhahhheeeahh..."
