If it would you would die without it.Try not to eat, try not to sleep, try no to drink ? If sex would have so much importance nature would make it important.Brushing teeth is more important than sex, it has instant influence on our health - sex ? You can live decades without it.Whole life.
First, your desire for sex is inflated.Most people are un****able.Tool old, too young, too fat, too ugly.Even girls with pretty faces can have no butt or ugly tits.Yet, you are bombared every day with images of perfect looking bodies which inflate you desire for sex. Images of real bodies without makeup and fancy clothing which sexy up a girl, would deflate your desire.
Second, sex is a tool of control.Regime use sex to distract you from things like actually matter, women use it control your behaviour and acquire resources.
Third,sex is cheap,its opium for the masses,cool things like yachts or fast cars cost real money, sex is cheap and available.It's nothing special.
It's like TV and computer games.And it gets boring sometimes if do it over and over with same person.

But you should.It's gives you leverage in dealing with women.How she can control you if you consider the drug as pleasant,as something you want but something you can survive without ? She can not .Get a GF,do sex a lot with her and then STOP.Reject sex with her.She will start to ask questions and most probably she will try to even rape you.Why so ? Because she doesn't want to loose leverage over you.You must be hooked to comply.
Sex is lovely,pleasant and amazing experience but by creating mantra you want it but don't need it to live you will become more powerful.You will not bend.
