"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

i know it's generally better to set up a date no more than 2 days in advance to reduce flaking however also i believe if those 2 days in advance fall on a friday or Saturday it's best not to choose those days either due to possible flaking (she prob has plans to go out with the girls and those nights are better for a 2nd date once she's more emotionally invested)

but is it necessary to say 'im busy tonight, how's tomorrow or the following day?'

and is it desperate to offer that same night i.e. 'im busy Friday but how's tonight or tomorrow?'

if you send that lunchttime that day.. will it look like you dont have plans and aren't busy?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

In a fair world where people were sincere to each other instead of being fvcked up with mindgames and hyper egos that would be perfectly fine HOWEVER:

Right now its very unlikely that an average girl would accept same day invitation for many reasons:

1)her default mindset is "Im in demand" so she would never do anything do down to earth like accepting a same day date with a guy whos not sky high in value, even before taking her decision her mindset is set from culture and media.

2)A girl which is even remotely decent in look and behaviour is very likely to have a busy social schedule filled with meet with friends and potential guys.

3)She could think that you're asking a same day date because your c0ck is hard in that moment and you consider her a potential easy target.

The problem with flaking is not timing as much as we think but more the level or rapport built and her interest level.

If you briefly meet a girl in a club and get her number, the flaking is most likely due to her not being trustful of a date or unwilling to invest time and energy on someone she barely knows.

If you ask out a girl you know from your social circle or from work her flaking is most likely due to low interest than timing, if you were the hot guy a date scheduled on monday for friday would probably happen smoothly.

This whole idea of flaking due to bad timing is an other simple rationalization of many guys who got flaked or rejected, since accepting to be not good enough is too harsh for their ego, they come up with a "mistake" from them, because the mistake is something you can fix easily so they can relax.

Sure timing is a factor but not as important as guys her make it seems.

first things first, the only true way to lower your flake rate is to build solid attraction from the start. if you've done it properly you dont have to worry about scheduling dates in advance. you can just say "i'm doing x right now, you should join me." another thing to keep in mind is that attractive girls are busy creatures and most likely have several guys that she can go out with at anytime. those types of girls like to keep their weekends free for that reason. i usually do coffee dates or happy hour dates during the week. keep those dates short an hour or 2 at the max. whatever bar or club you end up at during the weekend send out that mass text i mention earlier. if you get no hits, your already at the bar or club to get more new numbers. remember build that solid attraction from the start then you will be the one choosing the girls you want to hang out with.

so would i look desperate if i offered 2 times like above but one of them same day.. ie. im busy Friday but can do tonight or tomorrow at 9, how's then?

i think it's better to say when I can do rather than offering tonight or tomorrow how's then? it seems just a change of words shows who's dictating it
