Is it ok to do this

1x8 Exercise A
1x8 Exercise B
1x8 Exercise C
1x8 Exercise A
1x8 Exercise B
1x8 Exercise C

rather than

3x8---A
3x8---B
3x8---C

like do a set and then another exercise then come back and do another set or should i do all the sets at once? Thanks

That works. I do that alot, combining exercises like Leg Press and Calf raises. It makes for a good workout.

If you use a gym, however, it will take up alot of machines and people will not be happy with you. Hence the usual 3X8 sets.
