Heard some really good things about this supp./product. Wanted to see if anyone here has any experience/knowledge of it. All opinions appreciated.

Heres a lil breakdown about Sesamin...

Sesamin is a lipid and a special fiber that's extracted from harvested sesame plant (Sesamun indicum) oil.

The peeps over at BB.com swear by this sh!t. Supposedly a great fat burner.

Any1 heard about it... or have any experience w. it?

Comes with a huge price tag. Id rather spend my money on food or protein powder. To this date, protein powder and creatine is the only supplyments that has passed the test of time. The supplyments tha t "everyone" uses.

My take?

Huge increase in fat burning.
Burn more fat when dieting and when FED.
an extra week of cardio benefits me more than a 31 dollar supplyment
Protects the liver from necrosis.
most people have healthy livers. atleast I have.
Protects the kidneys from renal failure.
got healthy kidneys too
Improves cholesterol profile dramatically.
im still young and have a healthy colestrol levels. the ketogenic diet lowers the colestrol and is greate for cutting. pluss colestrol turns in to testosterone
Protects or elevates vitamin E in the blood stream.
no lack in that aerea either. take a multivitamin and eat healthy.

Sesamin/Sesathin works very well, especially stacked w/ ephedra and caffeine. It is pretty pricey though like the above guy mentioned, but if you can afford it go for it.

Sesathin is great when you are bulking up. Its like an insurance policy... it stops your body from absorbing the fat and causes it to burn fat for energy. I am currently in the last few weeks of a cut. I have been taking AMP with 25 mg of ephedra, Green tea, fishoil caps, Sesamin and Camphilobolic. I was stuck at 8 percent body fat but in the last 2 weeks of adding sesamin and camphilobolic my percentage has dropped down to 7 percent. This was the first time that i used sesamin during a cut im not sure if it was the sesamin or the cAMP that made the difference

For those of you who have taken it... which one did you take? (Sesathin or Sesamin, Liquid or Capsule)
Why does every1 take fish oil w. Sesamin? How does it assist? Is it mandatory?

Any other info would be appreciated. Bout to put an order in later tonight.

I have taken the liquid and the caps. The liquid has a horrible taste to it. I believe taking fat with sesathin helps the body absorb sesamin better.

Sesamin/Sesathin works very well, especially stacked w/ ephedra and caffeine.

Drinking motor oil works well if you stack it with ephedra and caffeine.

I'd advocate it for keeping the fat off when bulking and for dropping fat during a recomp or a cut.

I noticed in the newer liquid versions, they use vegatable oil as a base rather than the other things they used in the past -- now it has a very faint sweet taste--almost tasteless.
