“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This is driving me insane..I'm always checking out myself in mirrors every 15 minutes it seems and I constantly pick out features like "my hair doesn't look good" ..even though it looks fine ..or something else. I hate getting my picture taken or video. I know I'm good looking but it's like whenever I go anywhere I feel everyone is looking at me like I'm hideous or something, I know it's all in my mind but it KILLS my confidence. Even when I dress up great I still have this insecurity about my look. It's gotten a lot worse lately ..it's always on my mind. I know you're your own worse critic, whats the best way to overcome this? It's driving me crazy.

This pretty much sums up what I'm going through...

"Hear, hear! I 100% agree with that. Until a few years ago, I'd always considered myself ugly because I'd always gotten very little attention from the ladies. I thought the only thing I had going for me was that I was a Super Nice Guy, and that's the only reason some (the non-superficial ones) even talked to me. Turns out I'm OK in the looks departement, a bit above average even. What was holding me back: massive shyness and insecurity. Don't let your own mind mess up your life..."

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Do you have 2 personalities going? One narcissisticaly ranting about looks, hair, pictures, etc..., and the other giving you advice, explanations, and a little pep talk?

Clue me in please?

If you want to rid your fears, you must face them

I had the same problem, extreme acne, blotched clothing, frizzy helmet head that IS always out of place.

I decided one day not to let my looks hold me back.

I went out and played in the dirt, like rolled around, I was covered in mud and my clothes were ****, my hair was matted, and my acne was acting up from being in the sun and from being scratched by rocks all day.

But as long as I was excited about life and could joke and laugh with the best of em, there was no problem, I was fooling myself.

You too can win over your fears;) You just have to face em.

Think of it is bootcamp, you have to face your fear of rejection at the simple ones;)

You must do with your looks, what you can do without.
