For a long time I had phimosis, a condition where the foreskin cannot be retracted. I'm over it now but I guess because of that the head of my penis is particularly sensitive.

BUT, this makes it very difficult to put on a condom. Specifically, rolling the condom on is very painful. Any ideas?

Or you could see a specialist and get that issue fixed.

No ones perfect, but don't suffer while treatments and corrective procedures are available.

What condition? I can retract my foreskin now; what treatments are there for excessive sensitivity?
