Take an improv comedy workshop. You will learn about the principle of "Yes, And" (agree & amplify). This will help you think on your feet. I took a workshop a decade ago and it was really fun.

Like you @Bolt_nayak I'm actually trying to better understand how to apply this humor in the correct situations, because I think that too much humor could make a man to be seen as more childish. You've to use humor not too often but just in some occasions
