What I'm wondering about is that he wasn't hurt because he had on his seatbelt. Does he drive his wheelchair so aggressively that he would need one??!!! Does it have an airbag?

Yo, those type of wheel chairs are rugged. I mean if a person literally lives their life in a wheelchair, they have to be. I dont know about the seatbelt part but I guess you can get a wheelchair to do 60mph.
