"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Be your own best friend and coach. Never doubt yourself never sh.t on yourself. I say this because as I write on this forum, I am often reminded of the men I coached and myself at a younger age.

The thing about me is I wasn't SUPER confident, wealthy or had the highest self esteem when i started coaching other dudes. I realized that -- and part of why I was coaching others was because I was reinforcing alot of the things I was telling them, in myself. That stuff helped me tremendously. and yes, the one thing I really seemed to be good at was taking the experiences I had with women and with overcoming struggle and utilizing what I gained to help motivate others.

Many of my clients, they had alot of potential yet they treated themselves like they were doomed or at a crisis. They would constantly practice self defeating thoughts, yet their situation wasn't as bad as their outlook on their situations. Many of these guys were making great money, had great educations, and often had some standout physical qualities. of course, most fell under the category of not super attractive or super average-- but- hell I knew guys who were super average but happy with their dating and their quality of life.. and that's what I wanted for these dudes.

Rewind a few years before I started coaching --- I was in between jobs, had a decent apartment, felt like I had decent looks but still questioned my self esteem. I was pretty broken from some bad experiences, and took many years trying to regain confidence, yet friends and people I would meet would think very highly of me and tell me I could be this or that, or I should start a platform, a youtube, or try x y or z because they felt like I was a person who was super confident and could accomplish anything. But hwen I wasn't around others, i would wallow in alot of negativity and doubt and was harsh on myself.. I would act goofy/like a jokester alot because I didn't feel cool.. I would escape to watching movies, reality tv, video games, and I was losing alot of the women I gained because I had issues with my ego. I was super motivated and things would keep reminding me of how confident I could be, but I was still lost.

What was it? It all boiled down to self talk and focusing on and giving my attention to only wha tI wanted to create out of my reality, not all the worries and doubts and fears.. I became a master at only allowing for confident thoughts about myself and giving no energy to the negative thoughts. Our minds are powerful conduit's for energy and creation.. We are constantly channeling and if our channel that we are on for the most of the time is one of silly, time wasting, self doubt, self pity, its never going to get any better. I turned the channel from that into pure confidence, motivation and self love. I started interacting with people differently, I started really shifting my focus to only things that mattered and not garbage that affected my emotions in ups and downs.

Next thing you know, a few years passed and I still wasn't 100% supreme self esteem but I started coaching-- and it benefited my greatly, it put me in a place where now my mindset and my actions and behaviors all started aligning more and I was really "acting as" the guy who had it made. In those few years i also made pivotal strides in dating -- yet i was still not financially stable..

Fast forward and I coached for around 6 years, made good money, ran a blog for a while, and transformed completely, started loving my physique because i worked on it greatly, started looking at myself as the most handsome dude, getting laid regularly to the point i stopped caring about women and sex with hot girls just became a byproduct of my life, a simple habit or hobby just like riding your bike or skateboard or visitng your favorite fast food joint, made alot of good friends along the way.. helped change some lives, and now you couldn't convince me there isnt anything i can't accomplish. My confidence and self esteem is so unwavering, I often forget what it was like to have self esteem issues or anxiety.. I just do whatever I want and enjoy life while being super disciplined.

Take what you want of this post... But dont forget-- the mind and how you think and how you feel about yourself is everything.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
