“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Shut Up, Stop Whining, and Get a Life by Larry Winget

That book had more of an impact on me than anything else I've read in a long time. Most of us who have had to battle AFC tendencies have been coddled our entire lives which has made us soft and essentially total püssies.

This book is a nice verbal kick in the ass. It doesn't sugar coat anything. It basically tells you to stop being a bìtch and fix your life. Then it tells you how to go about doing it.

I just recently read "I can read you like a book" by Gregory Hartley. It focuses on learning body language. While not really a 'self improvement' book, it's helped me feel more comfortable knowing that I have a better understanding of what people are "really" saying.

I really just read a bunch of fiction because it fascinates me, but I've strayed into NF a few times and I have read Freakonomics and currently reading Blink. These 2 books open my mind and make me think a lot, Blink is allowing me to think about thinking processes themselves, it's a lesson in metacognition if I may. Maybe I'll look into Deepak Chopra? He deals more with spirituality.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Although I feel like I'm not in a position to give out too much advice. I have been reading/listening to some of Anthony Robbins stuff, and it is helping me change into a better man. I would suggest reading his stuff. Just my two cents:up:

You can read all the books you want but nothing will be like going out in the real world and doing it. It's called conditioning. Similar to reading about how to get a six pack and actually going to the gym to get one. Theory vs. Practice.
