"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ok after my recent breakup with my LTR , ive been obsessed with self improvement which is a good thing:). But there is some things that are really bringing me down. There are some flaws with me that are so annoying and there is nothing i can do to fix them, its basically my genetics. I have an awesome face and look great after i shave, but my facial hair alwayz leaves the biggest 5 '0 clock shadow and grows back soo fast. It takes away all the attention to my good features on my face. It makes me so mad when 90 % of the kids my age have clean faces. I swear if i could eliminate shaving i would have 100 % more confidence and look like a movie star ahhh

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I think this is an issue of trying to accentuate a "highlight" of yourself, instead of insisting on hiding it. A lot of teens your age may have clean faces but that doesn't mean that you have to. Right now it's pretty trendy to have some facial hair, even as a teen, so why not take advantage? Once you've got a goatee/beard, whatever, having some stubble come afternoon won't be a huge issue.

nah i have to get rid of it , it looks so bad on me, my face looks so much better without it, but i cant shave everyday cause i get so much sensitivity, its holding back all my other improvements because when i look in the mirror theres this ugly shadow always there

Part of being a DJ is being mysterious and unpredictable.

If you shave every day and all the time, how are you being unpredictable.

Mix-it up a bit. Besides the real issue is not how you can do a cleaner shave but it is about how you feel about yourself.

The first step to solving your insecurity is by admitting that you are insecure about your facial hair. Then start from that.

On a side note, why did your relationship fail?

(I give you info, you give me info.)

well my relationship failed for a classic reason i have learned. At first when i wasnt attached and didnt care much the attraction flourished, after a couple months the roles reversed i started becoming attached and stopped paying attention to my own life. I stopped coming here for advice and fell into classic nice-guy mode, she lost intereset i assumed, and gave me some lame excuses, that i pressure her and stuff. Im still mad about it, it taught me some things though, but now i spend my time self improving, i just need advice to get past this road block thats ruining my physical appearance

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

First you need to admit that you are insecure about your looks.

Next you need to try to get rid of that insecurity with as much will power as you can.

Thirdly, do some self-affirmations everyday.
(anything that you are not confident about, say that you are)

Example: (if you are shy and unconfident)
Say to yourself everyday in the mirror - "I am outgoing, fun, and full of confidence. etc.) You get the idea.

Try doing a search on self affirmations as well.
