"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"It started with my personal trainer and I convinced myself it was just a fling, then I met a guy at work who was exactly what I’d always looked for (total opposite from my husband). This new guy, was adventurous, confident (borderline arrogant) and full of life. My husband is a good man who isn’t the most romantic, but enjoys making me happy. He provides me with a stable life and is a great dad to our daughter. I began seeing my co-worker on a weekly basis and I’ve never know a more passionate man. I broke it off because I felt like I was developing feeling for him. Truth is, I’ve never been a brave person. I won’t leave my husband even though I’m not in love with him anymore. I feel safe with him. But everyday, when my co-worker and I talk over work stuff, I remember our time together. I feel that although I only knew him for a short time and I only knew a piece of him, I truly fell in love with him. I find myself thinking of him when songs come on the radio…I miss him"

"I think I have that cheating gene they were talking about on the news. My 1st marriage ended because we both were cheating (more like taking turns). Now, I was proud of myself that I made it to 10 years before I had an affair. We hadn’t seen each other since graduation. He saw me in a store far from were we had lived. We started e-mailing and he would come see me at my work when he would come to town. Anyway, after saying no at meeting him, last year on my 45th birthday, he surprised me by coming to my house. (husband works overnights) I wasn’t nervous one bit!! He made love to me like he did 20+ years ago. And since then, we have met 3 more times. We text every week, have phone sex a couple of times a month. I won’t leave my husband and he won’t leave his wife. We are best friends WITH benefits. And I wouldn’t change it for nothing."

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

...followed by me linking one of the many threads of people justifying cheating on girlfriends, taking away girls from boyfriends/husbands, or playing games with girls who dumped them.

These are the kind of women I would prefer to avoid. Likewise, I would hope that the women I am interested in would chose to avoid the type of men who do the same thing. I don't see how ****ty people make the news...****ty women and ****ty men are a fixture in society just like death and taxes. Rather than focusing on the ****ty women, why not focus on the ones worthwhile?

This happens when you give women freedom, rights and independence.

They sleep around.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I find that the funniest thing out of the whole little article. She says it so confidently like its the truth that the husband would never leave his wife even though she cheats on him with multiple men. Then she doesnt think its a problem with the whole "I wouldnt change it for nothing."
1. You have a problem with your morals if you dont think cheating on the dude that pays for your lifestyle is not a problem.
2. Your a moron if you dont know grammar and think "I wouldnt change it for nothing," Is correct.
This is the point,a thing is to cheat on your boyfriend at school while a total different one is to cheat on the man who pay your food and shelter.
Same for men,I feel no remorse for my cheating on my 20s on some superficial relationship where I wasnt getting anything but I would never cheat on the mother of my children or at least I would feel a sh1t for doing so.

But thats the problem, dont you see? People dont come out and say they are going to cheat on you.

It would make sense if the faithful paired with the faithful and the cheaters paired with the cheaters but we do not come labeled as such.

Im sure almost all those husbands are oblivious to their spouses cheating ways. Things like texting and facebook make it too tempting for these women to do the right thing and say no.

I bookmarked the website for future use.

Thats why I usually play the question game..Ask them how there relationship with there parents are, ask them if they ever cheated, that usually leads up a big stir of but he cheated on me first, he was angry, used to yell...etc

Then you can take it from there

Just realize that women are like everyone else and aren't perfect little innocent angels.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

So what you're arguing is that women shouldn't have legal rights, freedom or independence then.

To be fair, I am not so certain they should have the right to vote.

Seriously, women as a whole are socialistic in nature. They are a big part of destroying capitalism. With their inability to use logic, but instead rely on emotion, they are destined to continually make self-destructive decisions. They are not suited to lead nor are they suited to pick leaders.
You could say that about most men as well.

Have you browsed around sosuave and looked at the kinds of things the dumber people (most members) around here say? You could argue that they rely on emotion, they are destined to continually make self-destructive decisions. They are not suitable for leading nor are they suited to pick leaders.

Lover/provider theorem guys. That's what happens when you're just rich.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Enough said.
We're not even going to have a discussion about it? That's it, you've made up your mind about the matter and that's it. Sounds like a very emotional response. The very thing you're arguing against.

Interesting.

Lets think about a statement that is often repeated on this forum but seldom under any scruple; men act on logic and not emotion. While I agree men tend to look at things more objectively than women, I do not believe men's choices are soly on logic alone. Pride and arrogance blind a mans choices. One read through the art of war, and you'd see that many men have found their end following their pride rather than prudence.

A good example are individuals who tell themselves how great they are by working on inner game. Again, not to disparage this as a certain level of confidence goes a long way. its when it becomes a bit disillusion that we see that men are no longer acting under logic, but emotion. Take for example someone like Justlurk who made a post a few weeks ago regarding highly inflated inner game. While there have been no results, he keeps acting on pride alone in hopes that it'll work. Acting like this is actually quite illogical as the results are contradictory to what he wants. Yet, pride keeps him on course for acting like this.

I am not trying to bash anyone, but I believe that the above anecdote is proof that men, like women will throw logic aside and act irrationally under certain circumstances. me personally, I have been known to act on emotion , but try my best to keep level headed and think things through. No one is perfect!

It's not two extremes here guys. On one side, you have emotions, and the other you have logic. Noone is completely at one end.
I agree that women are more emotional and men are more logical. I thought this was a proven fact?
I heard it's because Women use more of their right brain (emotions) and men use more of their left (logic).

When I started improving, I was generally in my left brain. I checked a few weeks ago; and now Im generally in my right brain. Interesting observation.

To be fair, I am not so certain they should have the right to vote.

For most of America's history, they didn't. Black men were allowed to vote YEARS before women. Women were the last to get that right because they knew it wouldn't turn out well.

Now look at what has happened to the quality of presidents.

Before, we had presidents like Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt.

Now we have Clinton, Bush, and Obama. Jimmy Carter. Even Kennedy was basically put in by women who thought he was good-looking.

Women have had an adverse effect on politics because they don't focus on content. They focus on how the candidate looks, if he seems like a nice person, if he shaved today, how confident he looks, etc. Even my mom, who is logical in other things, does this all the time. Starts talking about the candidate's personal life and what she likes about him.

Rather than what his policy is.

Totally agree here,I heard women saying that they were voting for X cause it's evident that he is a gentle man and is charismatic....just know guys than after X ruled for years the city was crap and full of debts.
Once it needed to have brain and balls, now social skills and be goodlooking.

This celebrity crap is maintained almost entirely from women, you never hear a guy who goes to see a movie because there is X as a leading role or that read magazines about the celebrities private life.
I bet my ass that most of the guys here would like to bang some girl they know instead of some celebrity on tv,can we say the same about girls?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
