I want to create a thread where we can put screenshots of text/OLD/facebook/whatsapp conversations with chicks

A lot of guys are struggling with “text game” at the moment and I feel that if we can start looking at examples of good and bad texting practice it would educate a lot of people on here

I don’t want to hear none of this “real don jauns don’t need to text” because that’s bollux

I’d go as far as saying in the intital stages of meeting a woman these days 60% of interaction is done face to face and the other 40% is then followed up through text / instant messaging where a lot of guys are falling down because they simply don’t have a fvcking clue what to say or do when messaging

anyone think its a good idea to make a sticky screenshot thread everyone can post in ?

theres some real personal stuff in there and ive buried the thread in my archives to examine when the wound has healed more

its still abit raw at the moment

Here's a I got on Tuesday from an old flame who constantly pines after her ex. Apparently he 'had a stroke' a few years ago and 'can't remember who she is'. My impression was that he couldn't put up with her clinging on so faked his illness to get out ! Now it transpires that I might have been right.... (names and profile blanked out). Long story short, he ignores her; she still pines after him.

Well, consider the original text and reply from my 9 month love of my life:

Me) "Dear Caroline, As lovely as you were tonight, I wanted to sculpt a life-sized statue of you to capture your beauty forever. Neil"
Her) "Oh dear, you are making me swoon way too fast!"

Then consider how quickly I saw her again:

Me) "Can I bring a wheelbarrow full of clay to VIP?"
Her) "Oh my goodness, that's so silly it may actually work!"
Me) "Are you there now?"
Her) "I will be, in an hour"!

I went to see her and we kissed and four other girls told her she and I were an amazing couple and had chemistry and that we should date. Now consider how quickly it became a serious romance:

Her) "It was so nice to see you again! I'm sorry I was a little late. I'm not usually."

Me) "Did you used to work at Hyatt downtown?"
Her) "Yes, how did you know?"
Me) "I just randomly drove here. You and I met nine months ago (texting photo), on New Year's Day, when you were a waitress"...
Her) "Oh my God..."
Her) "My hair was black then. I remember you now. I remember your face. I asked the bartender where you disappeared to. I had a crush on you right away."
Me) "I shook your hand for way too long, remember? I forgot to let go."
