"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

As many people here know, this school year is coming to a close. So, over the summer, I was going to learn how to dance. But, I missed all the school dances this year due to illness :(

A wise person once told me that High School is 100x more fun when you make a name for yourself, and I want to do it on the dance floors. (I love excelling at everything I do, and dance is no exception)

What kinds of dances should I take lessons on over the summer?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Waltz is really fun, because you start spinning round and round with the girl. I learned this over the summer and the basics are really easy to master. You can get this if you practice for a week or so. But they don't dance this much at High School dances; the dance is more "sophisticated" whatever that means.

Go for tango if you want to really get intimate with the girl. Salsa is liike Tango's 2nd cousin and would be nice to learn too. Oh yeh, this dance might make her feel dangerous if you learn it right. I would master the latin aka Super Hot and Sexy dances first before trying the others.

Hey man,

If you're worried about making a fool out of yourself in the dance floor. i say don't sweat it. you won't get much out of tango or waltz because that's not how people dance in the dance floor.

It's more of hip-hop/grinding style. It's just like those girls you see in the music videos grinding those guys. IMO you should jsut watch those music videos and learn some moves from there at your own home FOR FREE.

But if you're still eager to learn how to dance... I'd say salsa would be the best because there are some salsa moves that can be incorporated in a normal highschool dance.

To end I'd say don't worry about it. I used to be scared of dances because I thought I would look stupid and no one would dance with me. But as time elapsed I got used to it and the fear just vanished.

Good Luck!
