But I remember watching some Early Show on CNN, where they had had a interview before with Schiavo's husband.. where he said what the family/court was doing was bad bad...etc... product of feminism..bad bad.. etc.

Now... wtf?

I'm an atheist and believe (and can offer evidence) this woman's right to life is spelled out in our constitution, BoR and DoI.

This is not about feminism, this is about something more important.

Think about it for a moment, whether someone lives or dies is being decided by courts and politicians and the govt rather than somebody's family that truly loves them and wants to take care of them. Now that right there is the whole purpose for this show. It will set a huge precedent allowing the govt to kill all the 'undesirables' (people that are sick) just like Hitler killed them back in nazi germany with the excuse of 'being humane to them,' same excuse being used now.

Just put yourself in the Schiavo families shoes, you have your mom, your siter, your brother and some judge somewhere has decided to starve him to death while you and your family want to take care of him.

Now that is sad and scary, you gotta feel sorry for the family they are having a family member killed by the state.

if you havent noticed it was mainly the government that was sticking its nose into this case and trying to reinsert the damn tube. federal judges on the other hand had enough presence of mind not to allow them to interfere with the wishes of a person who IS legaly responbsible for Schiavo. now if judge allowed that then we'd have to be worried, because only then our constitutional rights have a potential to be violated in the future.

i do hope she dies asap though.15 years of being a carrot is more than enough for anyone. plus i got kinda tired hearing about it every damn time i listen to the news.

They're all for personal responsibility, keeping the government's nose out of personal business and pro-life...

BUT...

They approve of government interference in "right to die" issues, abortion and have no qualms whatsoever about executing 15-year-old retarded children who had no concept of the consequences when they killed someone.
