"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Tonight I was out and about, and at the bar I noticed a girl I had a history with, out with her friends. A messy history anyway. Haven't talked to her in almost a year, but we recently started emailing each other. She initiated this. She always initiates the make ups. Ultimately I asked her if she wanted to hang out sometime, despite it all, and she told me "I don't know how I feel about that yet... to be honest... hopefully sometime". I just left it open and said maybe in a few months it would be cool.

Our past is pretty fvcked up, to put it mildly. Always trying to outdo each other at hurting one another. She won last time, BTW. I decided to grow up and stop behaving like this right before she screwed me over royally, and ended up shutting her out completely as a result.

Yadda yadda... anyway, we were both pretending like we didn't notice each other tonight. I ended up playing darts with some people, and she stayed at her table, glancing over once in a while. At one point she knocked a glass over on the floor, shattering it everywhere, then went over to the other side of the bar. I went to the bathroom, and when I came out she was gone. Her friends were all still there. I talked briefly with one of them, and asked where she went. "Oh. She wasn't feeling well and went home.". Ok. Maybe I made a bad impression when I walked past her on the way to the bathroom, because I started laughing at the belligerent drunk that was with her friend.

I feel like I should have just manned up and said hi earlier on in the night, but honestly my heart felt like it was going to explode the second I saw her. I'm not sure if I should fire off an email saying something like, "Hey! Saw you were out last night. I would have said hello, but I was kinda busy, and you bounced before I got a chance.", or just continue on acting like she doesn't exist. I'd honestly like to see if the both of us have matured enough in the last year to carry on like adults around each other.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Well yeah, this all happened with her before, pretty much like your story only fast forwarded. Got into a fight, didn't talk for two months, saw each other out a few times but didn't say anything, eventually she came up to me and "made it right", things went great for like a month, and then she started fvcking one of my friends. That's why we haven't spoken in a year. Lost a bunch of friends, whatnot, ect...

My gut was telling me not to bother last night, and that's why I didn't say anything or email her. Once I sobered up I realized that I made the right decision.

I say let her be the one to initiate make up. Otherwise, let it burn. Don't email her.
