Saw the ex out,..funny story

Well I saw the ole ex out at a party last night and I totally ingored her. It actually felt pretty good! Funny thing is she confronted my wingy(my best friend) and told him that she was sorry about all the crap that happened(remember I live in a small town) and she thinks she made a mistake breaking up with me(haha) and that how sweet of a guy I was and that she just wants me to be happy, blah,blah,blah. WTF?? She told him this because she knew him being my best friend, that he was going to tell me excactly what she said. It just amazes me how some girls can be so blind that they don't see when they sh!t on man and ruin his life and then say some crap like that!!
I actually felt better today than I have in a long time. I also booked a date Wed night with a chick I met last night at the party!!

There is light at the end of the tunnel!!
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I was hoping to hear something like this. :woo: Your ex is still wallowing in her guilt while you are chasing tail. She told your friend about how she felt for nobody else but herself man.

You didn't win anything. And she didn't win anything. But she was still playing the rejection(dumpee)/guilt(dumper) game, which you refused to be a part of.

You did what you wanted to do, and that's what counted.

I don't know, I think I am winning something,...MY LIFE BACK!!!

Slowly but surely I am beginning to enjoy life again. I wouldn't say I'm 100% but close to it...
