“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Taking really cold showers will help alleviate that tired feeling.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The sauna benefits your skin more than anything else. It cleans the toxins/bacteria out of your pores. The heat causes your pores to expand and open, and the steam helps the toxins/bacteria come out. It's important, actually its very important, to take a COLD shower right after using a sauna. By taking a cold shower, it closes your pores again so oils and bacteria can't get in. Our house has a sauna in it(i know im superlucky), and you just motivated me to start utilizing it again!

Wait are you talking about a Sauna or a Steam Room? Most of the Suanas around town are dry with electrical heaters and hot rocks so you can't put water on them or you'll start an electrical fire. The steam rooms are usually mist filled and the steam itself is creating all of the heat. I prefer steam rooms but recetly I've been sick so I've been hitting the sauna and using a fine eucalyptis spray on the rocks (so it doesn't short the system) to clear my sinuses.

Ours is just a small room made of cedar, with a Sauna machine in one corner. It's called a Saunamatic(the machine). It's electrical, and has those cylindrical tubes you find in most oven, the ones that glow orange. It has the hotrocks ontop, and is basically enclosed in a steel box. It, however, was built for water to be poured on it! You pour the water on the hotrocks and the steam fills the room.

If I were you, I'd look abit closer at the sauna equipment to see if it really was intended for water or not. Our's doesn't look like it should be, but there's a tap built into the wall right beside it and the wires going into the wall are thickly insulated.

Yeah it's the same thing and there's a sign above it that says "This is a DRY sauna. Pouring water or anyother liquid on these rocks will cause damage to the electrical system or fire"

To which I say no thank you. You can spray a fine mist on the rocks but the electrical department advised me not to do anything other then that.

Off to the steam room for water vapor.
