Ok, so I chatted up this girl at this party for an hour or so, then we had a few drinks, danced, had a long make out session, danced some more, made out some more, then I got tired and decided to leave and I got her number as I left.

Usually I have known the girl for more than a few hours before I make out with her. So the question is how to best procede from this point. What sagnificance does a girl place at making out with someone?
