Hello all,
Has anyone gone to Santo Domingo for Carnaval? I plan on going there towards the end of it (the week of Feb. 22) in a couple of months.
My question is, is it better to stay at a hotel or airbnb it, in terms of bringing girls I meet back to my place? I prefer hotels because that's what I am used to, but most reviews say they don't allow local girls in unless they have a cedula, or they charge you to bring them in.
Is there any particular location you recommend staying in in Santo Domingo for Carnaval? I'd greatly appreciate your response.
