“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys,

Im seriously seriously gonna get into bulking after the summer (and when i get my bf% down to 14%).

Can anyone give me a sample shopping list for a week which is high in protein and would provide you with about 300g protein a day?

E.g.

10 x Chicken Breasts - €10

48 eggs - €8

etc?

Thanks

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Bulking on 300g of protein. Oh, the shame it ..

1lb lean steak mince = 2 quid/100g protein (or minced beef, I prefer steak though)
3 cans economy tuna = Just over a quid, 90g protein
Dozen economy eggs = Less than a quid, about 80g protein.
4 pints of skimmed milk = about 1.50, 80g protein
Jar natural peanut butter = a quid, 90g protein (depending which you buy)
Unflavoured whey powder (30quid for 5kg, should last you ages)
Kg of oats = about 50p for supermarket's own (e.g. tesco's)
500g Cottage cheese = 60g protein, less than a quid
Kipper fillets = 40g protein, 50g good fat (packed with EFAs), less than a quid
500g dextrose = about a quid from Savers or somewhere similar.
Multivitamin from Boots = err, 2 quid for 200 capsules? can't remember. good investment though.

Don't bother with chicken breasts, too expensive for what they are IMO.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head mate, I'll add to this thread later on.

You can get a perfectly good (even with my high protein recommendation) muscle-building diet on 40-50 quid a week (excluding whey powder and other supps), and even afford some luxuries now and again.

Most carbs are pretty cheap.. oats, wholemeal bread, wholewheat pasta, whomeal pitta bread - only basmati rice is a bit pricey but not that much.

Buy frozen veg instead of fresh (frozen is fresher anyway).

Kg of lowfat yogurt is about 60p in Morrisons .. :D

I usually buy the same thing every week at the grocery store.

4 cans of tuna
6 frozen chicken breasts
2 gallons of skim milk
4 dozen eggs
1 cannister oats (100% rolled oats. no instant)
1 jar of natty pb
12 packaged turkey burgers (19g protein in each patty)
1 bag potatoes
2 loaves wheat bread
2 gallons of gatorade
6-7 bananas
1 bag of grapes

I spend around $50/week

Where's the red meat?

Otherwise looks pretty solid mate. You might want to look into dextrose instead of gatorade - much cheaper.

Watch for the packaged burgers.. might have 19g protein each, but check the other ingredients too.

Where's the veg!?
