haha, Daniel am eating 2x protein. Keeping fats low + carbs off 5 hrs before bed. By saying my goal is 190 that is what I want. For my height I think thats perfect. Will see when I change the fat I got + whatever else into muscle at 190lbs how I look, If I feel I want more than that I will keep going but now the goal is to see what 190 is going to look like for me. "Athletic Muscular" aha. is the look am going for.

Jebem mu mater kompjuteru, izgubio sam duzi post! Hteo sam reci, brate, nije lako stici do atletickog tela 5'10 190. Ako si ti jos uvek pocetnik, ne bi vjerovao da ti su ti 180lbs bas mrsavi (recimo da ti se gledaju abs). Onda, vjeruj, trebat ce ti dugo vreme. Kazi ti meni kolika ti je ruka i koliki ti je struk (oko pupka) -- zelim da ti pomognem zato nemoj me lagati.

Inace, ja sam iz makedonije a zivim u australiji.

haha. Imam dosta porodice u australiji :). A znadem ja vec da ce dugo potrajati da dobijem sta trazim, to sam znao od pocetka. Stomak me je ko trudnica kako sam poceo 2x protein uzimati :). Kad uzmem metar recu ti mjere.

Moja porodica je u Sidneju a gdje se ti nalazis u Australiji?

Vidi ovog momka, on je tvoje (i moje) visine sa oko 185-190lbs, ali telesne masnoce neznam bas a sigurno ispod 10...blize 6-7. Sta mislis?

Da nastavimo razgovor na engleskom da bi svi razumeli... I was gonna say to you, depending on what bf% you're at now, bulking may not be the best idea, because if you're carrying "too much" fat, virtually all the excess calories are gonna become fat, with only miniscule amounts of muscle. Bulking is best done from a low bodyfat base. John Berardi, over at t-mag.com, whose arguments I am often skeptical of, has convinced me of this point (and my own results have confirmed it).

da, on ima oko 7-8% body fat.

Upravu si da bi bilo bolje da se bulkiras sa lean body nego onaj body sto ima vec fat. Jos me jedna pounda treba za 190. Ali da drzim fat sa tjela radim lakse trcanje ujutru a navece hodanje ili kosarka. Sve ispod 30 minuta. Da izgorim debljinu sto sam dobio od bulk i od hrane sto jedem.

A one slike sto si pokazao za oto idem. :).

Znades li ikog od Djukic porodice ?
