I looked on the label for safflower oil. . . .It has slightly more monosaturated fat and slightly less saturated fat.

safflower oil is the new olive oil?

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

for starters olive oil at least has a bit of omega-3s...safflower oil is loaded with even more omega-6s and no 3s.
