Hey fellas, just a quick question.

Im currently using whey protein isolate - and am interested in knowing how safe it really is. I have heard some bad press on weight gain supplements in the past, and I wanna make sure that im not harming my body in an way. Thanks Guys

I think whey is one of the safest supplements there is.

It's only protein that's been filtered from milk if I'm correct.
The only thing might be harmful is lactose (if you can't tolerate it), but any milk product has it.

It's not much more than just isolated proteins and carbs.
MPR's, whey... they are all really safe.

Whey is safe, I've heard people talk about kidney damage when eating too much protein and people who say otherwise. There are currently millions of people who use whey, if it was dangerous it would have been many cases off this.
