Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Sacha Baron Cohen, who as his gay Austrian reporter alter-ego Bruno crashed fashion shows earlier this year in Paris and Milan<, caused havoc at a cage fighting event in Arkansas, go-go danced in the middle of a Wichita airport terminal, and duped Ben Affleck as well as a former Israeli spy into doing serious interviews with him, crashed a “Yes on Proposition 8″ rally at L.A.’s City Hall yesterday:

“Cohen, in disguise in a blond wig and preppy outfit, marched with demonstrators who support Proposition 8 while being trailed by cameras in a rally across from City Hall. When photographers and reporters realized who he was and tried to approach the star, members of his film crew tried to shield him, and he was eventually whisked away in a van.”

Hopefully, Cohen’s support was ultimately an effort to mock the anti-gay bigots.
Dammit all the reporters that recognize him are calling him out and fvcking up and ruining what could be some great skits in his new movie!!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Yeah his movie wasn't great but the Allie G. show had it's moments and every character (including Bruno) was funny and well done.

I loved the show. He has one skit with Surgeon General where he talks about how skeletons get a negative rep in the media. I have no idea how he gets interviews with these people !
