Russia - traffic cameras & radar

In Russia Putin is about to sign legislature that will require a sign to be placed some distance prior to traffic cameras and radar. Let's say for example some traffic cops want to use speed radar, they now would have to place a sign some distance prior to where they are working.

Let's say there is traffic camera that catches red light runners. There should be a sign before this intersection warning of the camera.

Let's say there is some stationary speed radar, sign prior car entering its zone!

Anything camera and anything radar should have a sign warning about those being used! F`ck the police! We love freedom!



Soon we are going to embargo United States for human rights violations. Mr Obama bring down this wall!!!!
