rubbing alcohol and facial hair

iv heard a few times that putting rubbing alcohol on your face will make your facial hair grow faster? id this true? is there any other ways to make it grow fast?

Though a lot of guys probably think that a moustache will make them more attractive to the opposite gender, 9 out of 10 girls will tell you that they prefer the clean-shaven look on guys, so dont bother! ;-)
