Senior Don Juan
ALright guys, I'm starting a routine for my summer days to help me get the most out of this summer and help me maximize my gains. Feel free to join me are use this or whatever, but I'm just looking for some help and additions that can help me out. Here's how I start off my morning:
1. Wake up.
2. Immediatly start to laugh. Just laugh to start the day off well (courtesy of the DJ Bible
)
3.Read an empowering quote for the day and memorize it. (I usually get these from the DJ bible too)
4. Challenge a limiting belief (I've got five written down, once I get past these I will write down another 5, etc, I learned this technique from David Deangelo)
5. Affirmations/Belief systems (I listen to David D's Advanced Series: The beliefs of men who are successful with women and affirm and listen to them. They are in my ear right now
. However, I don't just state the words, after each one I make a plan or ask myself, "Now how will you apply this today?", that way I'm not just mumbling off words).
6. Read a DJ Bible Article (no matter how many times I read it, I can still learn more).
7. Listen to a David DeAngelo Track
8. (On days this applies, work out. This is after I have had my whey protein and creatine, etc).
Any advice on how to improve this or comments?
