"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I don't know how to create MY OWN patterns or how to say them in a way without treating them like questions instead of only going for a result! You know, asking women for your understanding so it seems really like you are not trying to seem manipulating. Oh, and does this stuff really work? I have NOT been able to use a pattern on a girl without an unexpected result! For example, I tend to stop and ask her for the answer to it! The only states I can vividly describe successfully are those of everything but loving, romantic, horny feelings, such as anger, sadness, fear, etc. !

Is there something wrong with how I am using this?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

probably lol

when doing a pattern its helpful to talk slow and deep, and not ask qestiong, but rather describe feelings.

also its best if you use a pattern where you are describing another girl feelig things, instead of her.

so use words like "she" "her" insted or "you" "your"

that way it would seem much ess manipuating, and she will connect with it better.

at least from my experience this is true.

It sounds like your saying them as if you were reading something to her. That's not how you pattern.

Use a deep seductive voice (not overly deep), put your hand on your chest get just deep enough to feel your voice resonate in your chest. That'll give you an idea.

Anyways, when you are patterning, if you are doing it correctly, you'll also get into the pattern, as it will effect you as well as the girl. The trick though is to maintain control of yourself (as you know what's going on). That's how you know a pattern is working, you feel it too. It's not just a one way, "I'm getting in your pants" experiance, really as a lot of people hope it is when starting out.
