"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

my question would be: who actually reads the Roosh forums?

looked up sweden information and on one forum it linked to a roosh v thread about everyone loves black guys there

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

All I know is that I got banned from RooshV for posting this video. I thought they would find it funny. I guess they are very defensive about their compulsive masturbation problems.

"I don't understand why the RVF gets so much hate, it's one of the best general/game forums out there, there is a decent bunch of fellas here just trying to improve their lives, by learning and sharing a huge wealth of information and experience.

but as the saying goes, haters gon hate!"

- stalking people on forums
- making fun of forums superior to yours
- making up stories about getting laid in different countries
- *****ing about american women
- talking about race

= trying to improve your life

I can admire an AFC that comes forward for help and wants to improve over keyboard jockeys that make up stories of they lays. Got nothing better to do Roosh? Most legit players have a life outside the webs, unlike you and your forum crew who write fictional stories about theirs.

but I will admit one thing, roosh's forum does have some people on it who are most likely decent human beings in real life and not validation seeking keyboard jockeys that waste their time with pointless forum wars. but for the most part the forum is trash. maybe some of those guys are legit players but they are in no way the majority.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
