im still learning obviously but the simplest effective move ive made so far is basically not letting text sessions rabble on....the old me would have happily chatted away for hours didnt really look into it or think much of it..
however now i tell them ive got stuff to do or im busy or ill get bk to them later all politely ofcourse
and the general trend is at least 4 out of 5 have got mardy AF proper little stroppy replies like OH OK etc or WHY WHAT YOU DOING WHO YA WITH
its embracing theyll actually message you again to initiate or if you reply theyll reply instantly sub conciously vying for your time
