"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Wow, to say the least, I have been getting my as-s kicked but i'm rolling with it and still trying.

My girlfriend of about 5 months had another guy on the side, and told me about it, that was the end of that. She was a super hot blonde, super cute.

Then I started going out with this brunette because she was a super chill girl. Not as cute as the previous one, but still pretty cute. So after like a month she stopped answering my calls just out of the blue, I find out she is going out with some geek ass dude, and didn't even tell me.

Wow, i feel like i've been punched in the chest two times, but i'm ok now guys.

So then one of my brothers gf's friends comes over, I rarely crush on girls, but this one is a super cool girl. Of course she puts me directly in the friend circle, and I have no chance of escaping that.

So, lately i'm feeling like i'm batting .000

So I call up some girls that I used to work with to meetup at a concert later tonight. I'm thinking positive.

I've got a new outlook on things. I'm not worried about her interest level. All I want to do is meet some girls and do some things, and stuff will happen. I'm far from desperate.

To quote a dashboard confessional tune (uh oh)

"I am fairly agile
I can bend and not break
Or I can break and take it with a smile
And I am so resilient
I recover quickly
I'll convince you soon that I am fine "

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Sounds like you're trying pretty hard to convince yourself that you are "fine." This wouldn't at all be necessary if you had your priorities in order.

Women seem to have too much of a prominent role in your life, your attitudes, and how you view your status as a man. If these past few rejections truly didn't bother you, there would be no need to come here and tell everyone it didn't bother you-- because you wouldn't care!

He's right JH6.

Broads come and go; try to just focus on improving yourself in the best way that you can. You really can't control what a girl is going to do, so you shouldn't let it bother you when they pull some stunt. The most important thing is to know that you did what you think was best.
