"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I have some serious road rash, on my knee and bellow on my calf, then on my elbow. Then cuts on my leg, a splint on my foot, hip, shoulder and neck. Bruces all over my side as well.

At first, a day after the accident I cleaned road rash with alcohol wipe from first aid kit, then put oitment on it, and put some tape on parts I could. This have helped a lot, because in less than 24 hours the big swell I had on my elbow is now gone, and I just have smooth red wound, same on the knee.

How to treat this stuff every morning, what to put on it, and how to dress it? I have road rash, cuts, bruces, and splints. Tell me what to do with all of those.

How often to take shower?

How long until road rash goes away? How long until I can walk straight and there is no more pain in foot, hip, elbow, neck, and my whole side basically.

Any special diet to help me recover faster?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Between 18 and 20 beers.. It's ok to drink and drive, even to drink and ride a bike, as long as you're in shape to do that. But running, even walking, or any physical activity while drunk, even when you think you're fine, eventually those 20 beers felt like a keg.

I don't remember how it happened, only that I fell twice.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Take lots of vitamin C.....helps cuts/bruises heal faster. Take only one shower, to clean your wounds. Then apply fresh dressing every day. When your scrapes start to scab over, then you can shower again. If you need to clean yourself- sponge bathe. I know it's time-consuming and all.....but you are solely responsible for unfvcking your major fvckup. When the scabs harden- apply lotion gently around the wounds, to prevent itching. Don't scratch. In about 2 weeks, the soreness will subside.

Your VERY lucky you didn't ride a motorcycle, that night.......you'd be toast!

it'd better be a stationary bike in that case... i feel like i take my life into my own hands every time I go for a ride. doesn't matter where -- cars don't yield or give sufficient space, pedestrians don't expect you to be there (no matter where you are -- even on a bike trail), other bikers are incompetent or allow their 5 year olds to tool around with them.

I mean a motor bike.. If you just rest, like inside a car, or on motocycle, with time you get more sober.. But try doing physical activity, like riding a bike, you'd get drunker. I bet blood alcohol level rises or something like that. I know that when I went out I was just fine, the longer I rode, the worst I got, eventually to the point that I don't remember what happened.

Two sins I should never do on the bike, ride while drunk, and ride while tired or didn't have enough sleep. But I do man, that's second time.

First time I bend my finger that it's crocked for the rest of my life now. Next time I'm drinking I'll take wheels off and lock them. Sort of drunk proving my house. This is serious stuff.

You need AA........pal. I'm beginning to see a BAD PATTERN of life, while drinking. Mark my words- I have already been through this path before. It was ALL BAD. I am also a blackout, angry drinker, too. All of my relationships failed. I lost more than three jobs paying over $100k/yr. I wrecked two BMWs, one Porsche, and a friend's Mercedes. I have scars on me I cannot describe how I got them. My credit is shot(home foreclosures, etc.), and I have a criminal history because of.....................drinking fvcking BEER.....lots of it. After beer- the hard stuff starts. My drinking has full CONTROL of what happens to me, and where I'll wind-up. I absolutely have zero choices, when I'm drinking. I may have been an extreme case.....but I started-out just like you did.

GET HELP NOW......

in shape...hah. was thinking in h&f terms.....

here's a rule for anyone who's ever had a wreck after drinking and driving any vehicle -- zero. as in, zero drinks before you drive. or the other way around, zero driving after any amount of drinking.

if that sounds difficult... then Dilberto here is doubly right.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
