20 lbs in two months? You should be aiming for something like 5-8 lbs. You will get fat...not muscular.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

thats very frustrating to hear since you don't know me! have you ever heard of anothony ellis and his program, it claims to give you like 30 lbs in 12 weeks of muscle, and some ppl have done it whether you believe it or not.
 theres nothing special about his program
I am just following this rippetoe program and eating as much as i can like rippetoe suggests, but don't take any more than 6 meals a day!
keep doing that
over and out
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Yep, people get too carried away with scale weight and forget that muscle is a slow process. Fat and water is not quality tissue.I-tallionStallion said:20 lbs in two months? You should be aiming for something like 5-8 lbs. You will get fat...not muscular.

along with 6 meals a day! I am taking at least 260g protein everyday and weigh 167lbs! Its hard however to keep track on the rest....any advice on how to count carbs, im not sure how many carbs you are supposed to take and how many carbs are in each meal you take!? thanks in advance!
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
