"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I had a lot of fun this weekend. It was the first time I took a chance one afternoon and talked to more than one woman on the same day. I talked to a total of 5 women last weekend. The first was an Italian woman who must have been about 42 years old but man, did she look good. There wasn't a single grey hair on her head and she wore these dark, blue sweat pants and a dark blue sweat shirt and white sneakers. When she walked, her ass, which was so huge and firm, kept shaking. Everyone turned around and was looking and commenting. I got a chance to talk to her and I sweet talked her and she sweet-talked back to me, and although she told me she was involved with someone, she thanked me for taking the initiative to talk to her and hoped more men would; then she told me she thought I was very handsome, before we parted ways.

Now to the ridiculous experience I had. These days, to improve my conversation and flirting skills, I talk to as many women as possible, even if they may not be the ones I generally go for in terms of looks. Such was the case with the second woman-she was a short, heavy-set white woman, probably in her mid 20s and she had on these black, spandex pants that augmented her ass. She was sweating, having just returned from a gym. I took a chance and started off a conversation with her and we began walking. Then at some point, she told me she had to get into an apartment complex before I got the chance to flirt/sweet talk her, so we parted ways abruptly. I could detect a sense of discomfort and fear when I approached her (for black men approaching white women in America, it's often a challenge for the most part-you never know if she might be racist and prejudiced) and a forceful "Nice talking to you. Thanks." Less than 2 minutes later, I looked behind and who did I see? the same woman leaving the apartment complex where she was supposedly going to, and crossing the other side of the street.

I just laughed in my heart because I looked at it as her own loss rather than mine. Interestingly, the experience had absolutely no effect on me. It didn't bother me at all. Instead, I just kept on motivated to talk to more women. It's amazing some of the things certain women will do...but again, she's history. I don't give a damn.

The next two women were at my gym. One of them, whom I had been eyeing for a few weeks, informed me that she was married, and with the second, although we had a great conversation and all, I chose to take it slowly, asking her simply: "Will you be here next Saturday?" To which she responded "Maybe." The most important thing, I got to introduce myself to her when she came and sat next to me while I used one of the machines and we now know each other's names.

I agree with those who say that this is all about a numbers game, and I won't stop talking. Something is definitely changing. I seem to be getting attention from women who previously didn't used to look at me almost everywhere I go-on the bus, in shopping malls when I'm just walking around, etc. From now henceforth, I won't spare any woman I feel attracted to who I see on the street. The feeling of not trying and regretting later on is way too strong than at least trying and not getting the outcome that you would have hoped for.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

The big changes you are noticing are the inner world reflecting into the outter. That is why so much emphasis is put on inner-game. Build confidence, be bold and fun and make women laugh at your sense of humour and enjoy your confident attitude. You're doing great it sounds like. Now you could start working on having a sexual attitude with women your pursuing.

Re:

Thanks, boss. Talking to and flirting with women is so much fun when you don't sit there worrying about the outcome. I really could care less about rejection these days. If I see a woman sitting by herself at a bookstore, I walk up to her and ask if I could sit with her. I do have one regret for this past weekend, though. I wanted to talk to one pretty lady who was sitting right in front of me on the bus but I wasn't sure how, because the bus environment is kind of tricky. She seemed very focused reading and I wanted to tap her slightly on her back with my finger and shake her hand and introduce myself, but I lost the chance to do so and eventually, she left. Anyway, I won't make that mistake again. I agree with you about the confidence thing.

It's amazing how women can smell it in a man. At my school, I'm a mystery that is extremely hard to decipher-my "I could care less" attitude and my stylish nature seems to have most of the women there wondering who the hell I am and how come I'm not saying anything to them. In just a semester, almost every female student at the school computer lab seems to have noticed me. Their heads turn when I walk into the room and I could tell those who don't know me think I'm arrogant and condescending due to this radiation of confidence. But hey, don't hate the player...if anything, hate the game.

Good work in taking the initiative to just talk to a bunch of women regardless of your attraction toward them. I wouldn't diminish the importance of doing this as to label it a numbers game. It's more of a purposeful lifestyle than an arbitrary game of chance. You're already seeing the benefits of what you believe is just women giving you more attention. You're actually getting attention from women you are noticing and giving attention to.

On the bus the tapping and shaking her hand probably would have been over-doing it. Im not a big fan of shaking womens hands at all. Its too business for me and I wont shake unless they stick their hand out and even then ill say, HIGH FIVE and put on a big grin and theyll usually do that instead and it takes control. It may seem childish but high-fives are UNIVERSAL.

As far as a bus pickup goes, if you werent feeling it then so be it. You could have said, excuse me but can I have have a look at that pointing at her book. When she goes to show you it, say, no silly, I meant your hand, "I dont read books!!" Then you could play on the "Loveline, I see you are overcoming challenges of the past, open to new opportunities, willling to take a chance and absolutely excited about me taking you out this thursday"

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Re: Question About Being "Sexual" With Women

Wow, Charm. You guys are good, man. From your last response, I can definitely see your experience coming through. I wouldn't even have thought about coming up with such natural lines and creative approaches with a woman on the bus. It would have been difficult in the sense that she was writing on sheets of paper which she put on top of a folder...but we'll see...next time I find myself in that situation, I'll see how it goes.

I have a question for you, Charm. In terms of the whole "being sexual" with a woman thing, what exactly is it? Does it mean saying things to her that would make her think about you sexually and want to go to bed with you? Some women don't like you complimenting them on their butt, for example. Let's say you were talking to a woman who had a ridiculously big butt-I don't do that, but I know a few guys who say things like: "Damn, lady...I just couldn't help it. You've got a phat ass, you entice me." It often doesn't work on any woman who respects herself. So what are examples of things you could say to a woman when you want to be sexual with her without making her think you're being just raw and foul?

Frank, experience as you might have guessed comes with a lot of practice. I've spoke with literally thousands of women since I joined this forum 3 1/2 years ago and I am still learning every day.

Being sexual means your attitude towards her. Your goal is not to become her friend but to become her sexual partner. In the early game, this means showing her you have a high value as a sexual partner by standing confident, smiling while making eye-contact, being bold but not a prick, making her laugh which will make her feel good and making her want to spend more time with you because of how you make her feel. Remember this important point: PEOPLE TAKE ACTION BASED ON THEIR EMOTIONS AND LATER JUSTIFY THOSE ACTIONS BASED ON THEIR LOGICAL REASONING.

To convey sexual interest, use light kino, use indirect C&F, such as, "Can you sing? I want to hear pleasurable sounds only!"

Heres one example of a sexual comment: "I almost bought this pair of pants the other day but when I went to try them on they tore at the crotch!" - Its shocking but its pretty funny.

Re:

This is exciting stuff, Charm. I hope my questions won't bore or eventually piss you off, but I'm asking since I'm new here. What are kino and C&F? Do you have any links from the forum that you could cut and paste for me in the body of your next response so that I could check them out?

Charm, a Question About Approaching in Gyms

Charm, do you think it might be too fast/too soon to ask a woman at a gym for her phone number right after your first conversation with her if there is a chance you might see her again at some point? This is one of the trickiest situations for me. I've asked some of them for numbers right after our first conversations and gotten them, but I have received the:" Well, let me just say I'll see you around." My greatest concern is I don't want them to think I'm desperate and needy by asking for it the first time around. Yet for gyms, it's really tricky. Sometimes you may never get a chance to see that particular woman again and you might regret losing your chance. I would be curious to see if the last woman I talked to at my gym who responded "Maybe" when I asked her if she'll be there this weekend will show up again.

Have you read the DJ Bible? That is a very important read and will explain C&F (****y and Funny) and kino (Light touching that lasts only a few seconds or even a brush of a second but initiates feelings of desire in the other person).

A HUGE mistake new wannabe DJs make with kino is either too much touching, innapropriate touching or touching for too long. Kino is a soft touch on her arm while talking, grabbing the upper part of her arm as youre saying goodbye, a light touch to her knee of leg for a brief second if you are sitting down with her talking. It needs to become intuitive and subtle, last for a second and be gone before it becomes a distraction. KINO is very subliminal and sends powerful signals to the subconscious.

You need to go and read the DJ Bible asap and search for posts by Pook.
