Master Don Juan
wuddup fellas and lovely ladies of sosuave. haha, just when you think you've seen it all! the iqqster seeks not to live the ordinary life...
i was wandering around the french quarter by myself (quite dangerous for a PYT like myself) because the people i came with decided to go to the movies and the mall....in new orleans during the mardi gras!!! i think not!
i was sitting next to a very fat black pigeon in a corrider next to the st. louis cathedral, tired and worn out from walking and partying the night before. i kept hearing clapping, and finally i decided to check it out. i walked to the front of the famous cathedral, and there in the middle of jackson square was a circle of onlookers. i pushed my petite self right to the front, and sat on the ground like a child.
there a young man dressed in a red (enyce?) jumpsuit walked around with a mike attached to his head addressing the crowd. he was juggling fire, and proceeded to juggle machetes and also ride a unicycle, juggling all the while. he did tricks with the crowd, but most interesting was the comedy. it appeared to be that he was also a comedian, and for the first time since i had arrived to the city of the dead, i laughed! i was immediately intriqued. who was this guy? he was so young, and from his appearance (cute, and rocking urban style), you'd never imagine him doing this.
who was he? where was he from, how did he come to live this way? i decided then that i would introduce myself and find out whether he was open to friendship.
well so much happened!
we went out that night (my last night in NO). at first he was reserved, aloof, almost rude. it was like he was a completely different person than the performr in the circle. so i just talked, describing the world as i saw it around me. i am a poet! and somewhere along the way he was transfixed by me.
the night was magical. he opened up to me, and i showed him all the colors and sounds and experiences he was merely existing in, yet not noticing. new orleans is a beautiful city, full of sights and character unique to this city alone! i have wanted to come here forever, and so my enthusiasm came through.
as the night grew late, it was heavy on our minds that i would be leaving in a few hours. i went back with him to the house he was a guest of, and we slept together (no sex, youperverts of sosuave).
during the night he asked me to stay with him, to travel with him, to be with him. it turns out he makes like $4000 a week from his shows, and if i stay with him i wouldn't have to worry about money.
i went home anyways, because my head was spinning. but then i realized that this is an experience of a life time! i always wanted to just get up and travel, and here is a beautiful boy offering it to me!
so he'll be here tuesday. to get me and take me with him....
no sh!t yall. wish me well! i'll keep you posted, if you are interested.
